the Abbotsford Male Chorus Benefit Concert

The 'Abbotsford Male Chorus' performed a benefit concert last night (November 21st) for Tabita Ministries. They are a wonderful group, dedicating their talents to the Lord.  We had a great turn out in spite of the dreary weather and this being the first concert for Tabita Ministries.  Kathi and our friends Kim & Linda also performed some inspirational songs.  Executive Director for ICMS, James Nikkel, introduced the offering which was taken for the 'Learning for Life Center' in Romania. Thank You to all who attended and helped to make this event happen.  We are looking forward to a follow up concert next year.

The Learning for Life Center

Learning for Life Center ‘Skills for a Better Way’… This is a multi purpose building to facilitate the operation of a Daily Soup Kitchen, Life Skills Coaching Program, ESL Program, Micro Business Projects and an Apartment for the Life Center manager. This facility will be located adjacent to the Container Storage Unit we sent over from Canada. Tabita Ministries recently received the permits and approval to construct the Learning for Life Center. The Biserica Crestina Baptista congregation will volunteer a lot of the expertise and labour. Construction began August 1st. There are funds to construct the foundation and floor, build a fence to secure the compound and possibly start the walls. Please consider investing in this worthwhile project. Go to
